I'm worried. Not convinced they are the right choice for me. The red flags were missed and I am really worried!

Carmen and her staff are really nice lawyers...If you do your diligence and contact them often you will receive the answers you need, they are very very nice and answer your questions...But court cases do take much time and they do work on many so be patience with them and do your part on your end as well and everything should come up roses

Carmen won my case
by Alex M on September 1st, 2009

I had a workcomp injury case that was very complex, and was severely challenged by my former employer whom went out of their way to discredit me and twist the truth.
Let me tell you Carmen is a compulsive problem-solver! She and her staff unturned every stone, they went through my case with a fine-tooth comb. Needless to say, I won and it's because of Carmen and her dedicated staff. They may not always get back to you when you want, but they have to jump through alot of hoops and handle various clients and yes Carmen is in court many times. I highly recommend Carmen Ulibarri and her exceptional staff.

Carmen C. Ulibarri has been my lawyer for 5 years and some cases take longer than others. In my personal case, she has taken her time, not because she takes a while, but because she wants the best outcome for me. To those of you who are not well mannered, let me tell you what my grandma used to tell me, "if you have nothing nice to say about someone, don't say nothing at all." 99THANX Carmen.

no contact

They never update you, they don't have emails and your always in the dark unless you set up a phone interview 2 weeks in the future, and if you forget a question plan on waiting another two weeks. And the office is closed more than it is opened.

I am currently a client of Ms. Ulibarri and have no complaints. She may not be available when I call but she always gets back to me or schedules a phone appt. for me. I am always treated with respect and kindness by her staff. If they are not able to help me with my questions they call me back with the answer within a resonable time frame. I am well aware that she does go to Court, as I have been there with her. She was able to turn my case around so I don't see how she can LOSE!!! In my book she's a WINNER!!!!!!

Never keep up with the case
by Pat on October 2nd, 2008

Carmen C. Ulibarri, is by far the worst Lawyer I have ever had. It has been over 5 years and I have only talk to this lawyer 1 time! I had to call her; she never called me!
The firm is unreliable as far as getting back to the client...the client knows nothing, and when you call their "firm" they tell you nothing!
I think I will have someone investigate them. Very dissappointed!

I don't know how this firm survives. They are the worst! Rude, never returns calls, they will loose your case.
