i was injured at work im emploied at wal mart in lake city an i was wondering if i had a neglence case.heres what happened i went into work on 11-16-2007 at 4:00pm when i came in the trash out front needed to be emptied cause it hadnt been done all day and the flap on the lid would close and trash was hanging out so i took it to the back and begin to empty it and when i picked up the back to take it outa the can the bone in my arm poped and broke and was a hurting thing.if the trash had been emptied earlier that day this could have been prevented.if i dont have a neglegence case what about pain and suffering?
