Carmen and her staff are really nice lawyers...If you do your diligence and contact them often you will receive the answers you need, they are very very nice and answer your questions...But court cases do take much time and they do work on many so be patience with them and do your part on your end as well and everything should come up roses

I had a workcomp injury case that was very complex, and was severely challenged by my former employer whom went out of their way to discredit me and twist the truth.
Let me tell you Carmen is a compulsive problem-solver! She and her staff unturned every stone, they went through my case with a fine-tooth comb. Needless to say, I won and it's because of Carmen and her dedicated staff. Was not on top of things at all always got my name wrong (my name is joseph and he called justin everytime he seen me over and over) he end up getting more out the case then I did about twice as much if not more. Your better off doing the work yourself. He sent me to a cyroprator that paid a "referral". I really got screwed in the end with this guy. I lost my job because of this car crash and he let all of my medical bills go into collections! After several months after waiting for him he said we should go to court but I would have to pay 400 dollars to file and his fee would go up. Oh and he never returns calls at all he works with one other women that was very rude.

They never update you, they don't have emails and your always in the dark unless you set up a phone interview 2 weeks in the future, and if you forget a question plan on waiting another two weeks. And the office is closed more than it is opened.
